Before you get started
Do we have to be a church or Sunday school?
No. Class Roll Manager works for any class, small group or care ministry: Sunday school, men's or women's ministry, youth, a recovery group, or a care team that visits members. You name your roll whatever you call it.
What happens when the free trial ends?
You keep every record you have entered. To keep using the app you subscribe for $9 a month from the Billing page. Nothing is charged automatically, and no card is required to start the trial.
Can we import the roster we already have?
Yes. Upload an Excel or CSV file of your existing list and the members are created for you, so you don't retype years of names and phone numbers.
Can more than one person take attendance?
Yes. Invite facilitators and assistants to your roll, and give office staff a read-only view. Each person signs in with their own account, and you control what each role can do.
Is our members' information private?
Your roll is its own isolated space inside the app. Only the people you invite into your roll can see your members, attendance and care notes. No other organization can.
How do we cancel, or change the card we pay with?
From the Billing page, at any time. You can update your card, download invoices, or cancel in a couple of clicks, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
